Who can apply - Candidate having over 12 years work experience HR function from Service Industry background like Telecom, FMCG, Consumer Goods, Paints, Pharma & Healthcare, Banking and other White Goods.

Education Criteria is a MUST - We are looking for candidates from Tier 1 / Tier 2 B School pass outs.

Working Experience:-

Diversified HRBP experience in his/her overall career. Candidate should have handled Sales, Marketing, Operations etc workforce preferably.

Candidate must have OD / L&D / Talent Management areas work experience of more than 3yrs.

Process Owner of - L&D / OD and Talent Management + HRBP

Brief On Profile:-

1) Talent Management (COE Role).

2) L&D (Behavioral & Technical Inputs to various functions) - (COE Role).

3) Handling Talent Management & Talent Development for Campus Hired (HRBP Role).

4) HRBP Lead for a few businesses. Team of 3 HRBP will also report into this leader.

5) To lead a team of 3-4 HRBP's for end to end HRBP work.

Business Partnering with across workforce of organization (Manufacturing, Finance, Operations, Product, Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain etc) and interfacing the smooth execution of all the HR aspects as OD, Talent, PMS, Engagement and HR Analytics.

- Responsible for anchoring all People Processes - Capability Development, Talent Management, Onboarding, Performance management, R&R and Employee Engagement etc

Cascade Annual 'In Tune' engagement scores around satisfaction drivers, diagnose gaps around engagement & plug the gaps working with Line Managers through focused Development Action Planning.

- Design for a constructive slack against the identified crucial positions. Plan, suggest and create differentiated career for HiPos in the region basis their Career Aspirations and career philosophy.

- Leading and developing a strategic HR road map for a rapidly expanding business and operations in collaboration with business stakeholders.

- Manage Performance Reviews, Annual Performance Normalization, closure of merit based increments, salary benchmarking and rationalization, Annual Promotions & Rating Communication.
