Our client is a digital consulting company based in Hyderabad offering marketing, technology, content, and research consulting services to its clients in India and abroad.

Job Description

The Sales Head - India's (SHI) prime directive will be to onboard new clients through a sales pipeline, generate leads & close deals. This role is customer-facing & is accountable for the sales cycle. The SHI will build reputation & reach for the organization. This role will expect the candidate to collaborate with various functions & create solutions for the client. Additionally, the SHI is responsible for structuring proposals, negotiate contracts & generate revenue. We would like a candidate who has a proven record in sales & ability to build relationships with CMOs & CXOs of SMEs.

Some Responsibilities

- Develop & acquire new clients by illustrating the strategic value that by solving our clients' business problems.

- Build a sales team of 4 in FY 2022-23

- Sell & nurture our portfolio which encompasses technology, marketing, content, communication & research

- Interact with current customers & build new revenue pipelines

- Recognise client requirements & set expectations

- Interact with various internal teams & develop deep knowledge of companies products, services & solutions

- Craft solutions that lead to client success

- Establish prospects & create go-to-market plans that lead to winning clients

- Achieve new revenue, profitability, quarterly & annual targets

- Be responsible for customer satisfaction by working with delivery managers

Experience :

- Track record in winning business from new clients & new business from current clients

- Proven record of closing deals in the range of Rs 70 Lakh to Rs 7 Crore

- History of achieving sales quota

- Clear understanding of the sales cycle & demonstration of build funnels & close pipelines

- Preference to candidates with clear marketing & advertising experience.

- Record of relationships with company leaders, CMOs & CXOs of companies

- 2-3 years experience in a leading Consulting company
