- Scale up the organization quickly. work with senior management closely to drive the people agenda.
- Work as a sounding board with senior management on all people issues. advice appropriately.
- Coaching of senior leaders

- Handling a team directly
- Candidates preferred from Technology, top product companies
- You should be conceptual sound, articulate and great ability work with multiple stakeholders. shown strong leadership, managing ambiguity - should have worked in a highly demanding environment
- Must score high on all competencies expected of an HR leader
- Full time 2year PG/MBA from MDI/XLRI / TISS / SCMHRD / SIBM /SIMS/XIMB etc
