HRNEXT is India's leading search firm for premier institute MBAs esp in Human Resources and Marketing function. We are looking for conceptually sound and creative HR professionals for the role of India Compensation leader for a top US MNC in Bangalore.
Key component :
- Ensuring accurate competitive positioning of the organisation in the market, ensuring integration of global policies with local market needs, work with stake holders globally and harmonise the process etc .
- You need to have worked in organisations with strong C&B process and strategy with ability to work with global stakeholders.
- Comfortable with matrix structure, you have demonstrated ability to work in MNCs.
- 6-9 years of which 2-3 would be in rewards, at least.
The role will involve devising and implement rewards strategy for multiple units and talent profiles within the country.
