- Overall responsibility for design and delivery of C&B strategy and programs for the region, with Effective execution experience.

- Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing Comp & Ben objectives in line with organizational objectives.

- Work with global business / Stakeholders to develop and implement commercial solutions that meet the people schema.

- Total Rewards experience in a BPO / third Party environment.
