He / She will be running their own P&L with a team of 4-5 people.   - He / She will be actively seeking business in Treasury Consulting domain (FX Consulting, Structured Trade Finance, Credit Rating Advisory, and Treasury Audit) mainly from companies having FX and interest rate exposures like Exporters and Importers, Real estate firms, PE firms, institutions etc. via Channel Sales.   - Their main focus would be to built up an effective channel sales business stream and have relationships with associations, freight forwarding agents, Consulates, Consultants, brokers and secretaries of associations etc.   - He / She may be involved in making presentations for national events.  - Travelling and meeting lots of people in the field of Treasury would be an important part of the role.  Experience / Eligibility & Skill Set Required:   - Candidate should have relevant work experience of at least 7-10 years in Channel Sales in a bank / Financial Consulting Firm or branded Broking Firm. He / She should be rated well across their earlier performance appraisals and should be a top performer overall.   - Candidate should have fair understanding of FX and Treasury related matters. They may not be an expert but an attitude of quickly learn subjects of treasury is a must for this role. He / She must have interacted at the CXO levels, secretaries and presidents of leading associations and should come with relationships with export import companies and heads of associations.  - Candidate should have arranged / attended / presented on lots of global size events across India or abroad.  - They should have a flair for sales, networking with people and knowledge on digital marketing will be an added advantage.
