We are exclusively working on HR Head mandate with one of our growing technology services clients which excels in delivering niche solutions in Blockchain, Cyber Security, Fastag based Tolling Platforms & Logistics, 3D Printing, IoT and Data Science.

They are looking to hire experienced CFO with 15+ years of work experience in end to end finance and accounting related activity and fund raising.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Financial Planning & Budgeting:

- Develop financial well-being of the organization by providing financial projections and accounting services, preparing growth plans, and directing staff.

- Evaluate proposals for investments / acquisitions & recommend the way forward for the Group.

- Maximize return on invested funds by identifying investment opportunities and maintaining relationships with the investment community

- Prepare and manage departmental & organizational budgets for all entities

- Review cash flow & fund flow reports for existing and new projects

- Be the single POC for all escalations related to the organizations accounting system.

- Device strategies to ensure the smooth running of the organization's systems and processes from the financial perspective.

2) Accounting Operations:

- Monitor the accounting operations within the organization for all entities.

- Oversee the performance of employees in the department, including Managers/ financial assistants and accountants

- Liaise with Consultants for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary.

- Lead & participate in Financial auditing of all the entities of the organization.

3) Research & MIS:

- Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and financial modeling for leadership

- Review monthly and quarterly MIS for management reporting.

- Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings.

- Analyze and review financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses, etc.

4) Overseeing the Tender and Bid process for finalization of Financial Models for new projects

Key essential to qualify for this role:

- CA / ICWA / Masters degree with at least 3 years of work experience in IT Industry

- Atleast 5+ years of experience in leadership position.

- Experience working on ERP

- Negotiation skills and ability to develop strong working relationships

- Excellent Communication Skills - Written & Verbal
