Looking for an independent CHRO for a fast growing client on a contractual basis for 2 years in Nagpur Qualifications : 1)10 - 18 years of experience in the HR function spanning across Talent Management, HR Business Partnering, Compensation and Benefits and Performance Management 2) Candidate must have a mix of HR consulting and industry HR exposure 3) Preference will be given to MBA from Tier 1/Tier 2 colleges Major responsibilities include : 1) Setting up the HR function of the organization from scratch 2) Responsible for all strategic and operational people-related activities, ensuring effective onboarding and employee engagement that delivers to organizational goals and develops a culture that enables employees to perform to achieve organizations objectives. 3) Manpower planning, change management, org restructuring, talent management 4) Leads HR Business Partner, developing HR programs and plans that support the company's objectives and incorporates the mid to long term business and HR strategic priorities (including reviewing the organization design and structure, compensation benchmarking, career progression planning etc.) 5) Creates a robust talent management program to develop, integrate and retain talent across all functions 6) Implements and manages processes for Compensation &amp; Benefits, Performance Management, Talent Development, and Employee Engagement
