Job Description :

1. Own the product website. Look ahead and plan content updates against campaign plans and product changes by partnering with the product team.

2. Know the best practices of UX/UI and keep up with web trends to ensure our website is topnotch

3. Lead the strategy for paid and non-paid ads including but not limited to : Google, Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Terminus

4. Handle channel enablement from start to finish coordinating the campaign plan with the content lead.

5. Oversee all vendor submissions including the coordination of marketing materials for use at industry tradeshows

6. Have an eye for design. Guide the design team on the vision for and revisions of concept layouts for core media items (website, social media, email campaigns, digital and print leave behinds and event materials such as booths and panels)

7. Direct 1-2 junior marketers and designers on the scheduling and planning of marketing deliverables weekly and deliver on the established marketing plan quarterly

8. Tease out customer insights from channel data. Neatly organizing them in a dashboard to track trends

9. Find ways to support the sales team through creative sales enablement and lead gen strategies

10. Proactively provide weekly updates for all ongoing initiatives

11. Stay up to date on the latest marketing trends, technologies and strategies, all-the-while keeping the appropriateness of your suggestions in check with audience in mind (pharma and biotech CIOs, CMOs, CXOs, etc.)

12. Assist in market research to support and define the marketing strategy, and research competitor marketing tactics

Desired Profile :

1. 10-12+ years of experience in marketing or communications

2. Agency experience is an asset

3. Deep knowledge of website creation/management. Experience with Wix is a must and Wordpress is a benefit

4. Strong communication skills : Excellent written & verbal communication skills (English)

5. Strong organizational skills and senior level project management skills are a must

6. Ability to work on and stay organized while balancing multiple projects

7. Knowledge and experience with PowerPoint, Photoshop, and InDesign skills are an asset

8. Experience with social media platforms, including, but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn is an asset.

9. Google ads knowledge is an asset
