Indegene - Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition/Campus Recruiter - IIM/XLRI/TISS/MDI/SCMHRD (3-6 yrs)
- Analyse, Define and create Campus strategy
- Building and developing partnerships with key universities to build our presence and hire a diverse group of talent.
- Analyse, plan & conduct campus drives to meet targeted numbers across the region
- Own and follow full-stack campus hiring process
- Ensure process compliance & that systems are up to date
- Operational & Logistical responsibilities in coordinating with various stakeholders
- Leading campus recruitment in pharma, project management & technology space.

- Able to interact with Senior leaders and drive campus strategy
Experience : 3-5 years exp in campus recruitment
Education : Graduate/ Post graduate from Premier school
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Good networking skills, multi-tasking
- Excellent handon knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint and Word)
- Should be able to operate under high pressure situations
- High on energy, passionate
- Able to write content and work with multiple stakeholders
