Program Manager - Strategic Consulting

- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to understand detailed process/operations, map business processes, identify opportunity areas, and carve out solution

- Ability to conceptualize solution features to improve business process and outcomes. Formulate and design a strategy to automate these processes. Work closely with business process owners to document use cases

- Apply innovative ideas and intelligent delivery approaches based on automation to advance end-to-end business processes

- Act as a thought partner in the prioritization and selection of innovative and intelligent automation solutions. This includes evaluation of tools and platforms mapped to scope of activities identified

- Responsible for solution implementation at an enterprise scale. Deliver a project management program encompassing all the details of a project to the team members.

- Contribute in building roadmap and develop work breakdown structure for the automation deliverables

- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on business process improvement & alignment strategy

- Develop and execute an efficient internal communication strategy for ensuring communication with all levels of management within the team

- Perform market and competitor research to understand industry trends and latest technology trends to define an optimal solution with differentiation

Desired Profile :

- 4+ Plus years of experience across business process consulting, project management and product development space

- Knowledge and experience in the following areas - Process mining & optimization, Robotics Process Automation, Project and change management

- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of automation and cognitive platforms like: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc. is preferable

- Deep understanding of product development in a fast paced environment taking a product through its complete lifecycle using lean and agile methodologies and delivering highly scalable and robust systems

- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong attention to details and problem solving skills
