About the role:

As the GTM Excellence Program Manager the candidate will be responsible for working with Indegene's sales function to drive rigor in our sales processes including but not limited to developing sales specific programs based on business requirements, tracking and reporting programs performance, leading the programs as the program lead, KPI metric development and tracking, preparing management review discussion documents. He/she would also be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders in running the annual planning process and quarterly performance measurement process. He/she will work with the sales, finance, pre-sales, L&D, marketing, and many other functions to drive the sales focused programs for the firm.

Responsibilities -

- Drive the sales training program working with the business units, L&D team, and marketing to develop and deploy the program for the firm; measure progress and performance and provide timely update to the management.

- Drive the sales performance management program through KPI and metrics tracking and reporting. Work with the GTM (Go-to-market) Heads to develop individual performance plans and tracking performance against it for the sales team.

- Working the GTM heads and collaborate the stakeholders across the firm in driving the annual sales planning process developing sales targets and commissions for the sales team.

- Lead the the bi-yearly account planning process, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring that the plans are actionable, and performance tracked against the plan.

- Organize complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strategic acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques.

- Drive ongoing enhancements and modifications to annual metrics and internal sales management processes to brings in industry best practices to

Requirements:

- Education - MBA from premier institutes

- Experience - 7-9 years as a business / program manager within a global organization

- Prior experience of working with sales team on program management and planning

- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders for drive data gathering and insights generation; Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports

- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively work with multiple stakeholders and prepare presentations for the management

- Ability to work as a team player, with excellent interpersonal skills; self-motivated to take ownership of deliverables

- Proficiency with MS office with strong excel and presentation skills
