- As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects for the AI/ML based product as part of CTO office. The Product Manager will focus on driving product roadmap, managing deployment and development and working with business to drive market positioning and messaging.

- This role is a hybrid, hands-on position where a typical day will likely include a range of activities, from the strategic elements of product management (Roadmap and release planning and communication), through to the detailed execution of tasks (As an integral part of an Agile development team (Product Owner).)

Job Description :

- Define new and existing product business requirements

- Work with Product development team to continually elaborate on business requirements to define a technology solution including system architecture and product specifications

- Plan and manage the product releases

- Support user validation and testing

- Ensure readiness for release including technical documentation and training

- Coordinate the product launch with marketing, customer care and sales groups

- Ongoing product support, enhancements and life cycle management for existing products

- Develop business case and product roadmap for new products

- Clearly communicate vision and goals of existing and new products

- Lead and participate in planning meetings and provide advice and guidance on direction of products

- Manage cross-functional teams in business, product, design, and engineering

- Demonstrate functionality of completed products to internal team members and other stakeholders

- Develop metrics to assess the success of products and features and determine necessary enhancements

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, solutions, and company offerings

- Support and collaborate with all facets of the business

Desired Profile :

- 4 to 7 years of software product management experience.

- Experience working in an Agile Software development environment (SCRUM - Product Owner)

- Interpersonal skills with keen ability to explain complex concepts across the organization and to large audiences

- Ability to be creative, strategic, analytical, and think outside the box to solve problems
