Position: Manager - Organization Development

Job Description:

- The role would be responsible to partner with global businesses and HR global team. The role would interact with the global teams (other than India) to drive and implement the Competency Framework, JDs, performance appraisal, career & succession management. The role would also partner with business in implementing the R&R, compensation and benefits framework as per requirement. The role would need to be culturally sensitive to the needs of different countries and look at interventions to help build a positive culture across.

Performance Management:

- Drive and implement the goals along with the business units as per their business strategies

- Run the performance appraisal process and partner with all business leaders and teams for better outcomes

- Partner with the businesses to build a performance based, meritorious culture

Competency framework:

- Implement the competency framework for different roles, resource groups and skill sets

- Drive the job worth model for all positions based on the competency framework

- Responsible to have JDs, Competency and KPI's updated as per the organization strategy

Career and Succession management:

- Work and partner with businesses to help align individual development plans and business strategies

- Partner with the L&D team to train, mentor and build leaders for tomorrow

- Work with businesses on retention strategies for key talent pool

Culture building:

- Responsible to drive various programs on cultural sensitivities and drive various interventions as needed to bridge gaps for a collaborative work environment

- Responsible to run culture workshops on values, vision and mission

Education : Post Graduation education in HR or related discipline

Desired Profile:

Experience : 5 -8 years of relevant experience in OD

- Experience of working in an MNC and/or shared services HR function is an added benefit

- Excellent communication skills - oral and written

- Should be comfortable to work with onsite teams at global timezones

- Good organizational skills; ability to take initiative and work independently

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a keen interest to work with different cultural groups and countries

- Accurate and efficient administrative skills and excellent attention to detail

- Ability to work well with people at all levels in the organization

- Excellent MS Office (Excel, Word, Access) skills

- Willing to travel

- Ability to work in global time zones and global teams

- Complying with quality, confidentiality, and security standards
