About the role :

As the GTM excellence manager the candidate will be responsible for working with Indegene's sales function to drive rigor in our sales processes including but not limited to data management, sales reporting and analysis, KPI development and preparing management review discussion documents. he/she would also be responsible for building account plans working with the respective account leads bringing in market and industry intelligence through thorough research and analysis of each account, as well as partnering with internal and external stakeholders to develop account level strategy. He/she will work with the sales and marketing function to manage outreach programs across existing and new clients to drive depth and breadth of relationships

Responsibilities :

- Partner with Client Partners and Directors across key accounts to develop strategic account plans and account reviews for senior management

- Develop account level strategy through conversation with sales leads, secondary research, and interviews with internal and external stakeholders

- Identifying whitespace with existing client and develop a target plan for penetrating accounts

- Assist in the development of sales annual plans - revenue, new clients, headcount

- Organize complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strategic acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques.

- Conduct analyses from monthly pipeline to understand business drivers, and identify opportunities for large deals team

- Assist client partners in developing the framework for qualifying a large deals and work with cross-team stakeholders to build out the hypothesis and answer first

- Develop mock-ups quickly and iteratively for management presentations, sales reports, and dashboards

- Participate in the month-end close process with the broader sales teams; research and resolve data issues

- Drive ongoing enhancements and modifications to annual metrics and internal sales management processes

- Assist in developing the roadmap and product requirements for Salesforce.com platform

- Assist in the development of junior talent

Requirements : Profile :

- Education - MBA from premier institutes

- Experience - 7-9 years as a business / strategy manager within a global organization

- Prior experience of working with sales team on account reporting and strategy development

- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders for drive data gathering and insights generation; Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports

- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively work with multiple stakeholders and prepare presentations for the management

- Ability to work as a team player, with excellent interpersonal skills; self-motivated to take ownership of deliverables

- Proficiency with MS office with strong excel and presentation skills

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com
