Indegene - Lead - Scrum Master

Responsibilities:

- Act independently and as a top-level contributor in determining project direction on major, complex deliveries and ensure releases are delivered on time in line with the Agile best practices as defined by the Agile working group.

- Continually improve quality and delivery, effectively track and communicate agile metrics to the teams and stakeholders acting as a champion of the agile methodology

- Support the team to improve their technical work by reviewing results and establish lessons learned sessions in addition to tracking improvement and guiding development teams to higher scrum maturity

- Effective collaboration with a global team, be a servant leader who earns the team's respect by rolling up your sleeves to help the team succeed and willing to manage team members remotely with time zone overlap.

- Encourage an environment where open communication and collaborative problem solving can pave the way for faster removal of any impediments and where the impact of mistakes can be minimized through early detection, making them into learning opportunities

- Stay on top of issues and dependencies and track them through to completion

- Not afraid to be a voice of reason and authority and ensures processes and principles are adhered to

Desired Skills (Education, Experience, Key Skills) - 7 - 12 Years

- Certified Scrum Master with 3+ Years of experience in leading agile teams or project management

- Demonstrated core delivery focused mindset preferably in a Product Development or Service Delivery organization

- Demonstrated practical experience working on and reporting on agile metrics.

- Experience with delivery of or working with Cloud SaaS services is a plus

- Exposure to Jira and demonstrated experience with building and reporting on metrics using Jira

- Exposure to Confluence or similar for team communication, creation and maintenance of Wikis to enable collaboration and communication within the team.

- Dev or Quality background is a plus

- Exposure to or knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework is a big plus
