Job Description :

1. 6-10 years of experience, Strong Business analysis experience, clear understanding of web development processes

2. Prior BA experience is a must and understanding of end to end BA role in SDLC is key.

3. Takes responsibility in owning the requirements gathering activity, documentation, signoff from customer, ensuring the development team is able to understand the requirements, tracking till UAT, etc.

4. Experience in working with stakeholders to understand the business and technical requirements and document the same following the best practices using the industry standard tools/applications.

5. Act as a client UAT extension for the development team to validate the deliverables, prior to actual deliveries.

6. Knowledge of any of the popular CMS tools (e.g. Sitecore/Drupal/AEM/WordPress) is an added plus.

7. Well-versed with common UML diagrams, requirement gathering techniques.

8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills as he/ she will interact with multiple stakeholders (internal & client) on a daily basis

9. Knowledge of Jira or any other similar agile project tracking tool.

10. Consolidate and track outstanding requirements from different market for new site/ Conduct requirement gap analysis in consultation with the technical team.

11. Knowledge of Web architectures and UI/ UX terminologies.

12. Knowledge on Salesforce Platform will be an added advantage (SF Communities, Healthcloud, SF Lightening)
