Job Description: Director Strategy - EMCE As a Director Strategy, s/he acts as a partner to create short-term and long-term strategies to drive business growth in accounts, which includes enterprise multichannel marketing, digital factory, mobility solutions, content deployment & data analytics. The position works closely with business leadership across the organization including but not limited to operations, program management, technology, finance, and other functions globally. The key responsibility for an individual playing the role is to drive growth by: (a) improving long term competitiveness, (b) creating a differentiation of organization in market via go-to-market strategy Location: This position will be based out of India, Bangalore and will involve minimum travel The Job entails the following but not limited to: - Act as a design strategist, transformation leader to drive digital solutions - Define strategies and provide consultative solutions in digital marketing, readiness, change management, customer experience and associated analytics - Ability to drive business solutions, collaboration, prototyping and storytelling methodologies for building customer centric design and solutions - Recommend pricing strategy, understand competitive positioning for our offering. Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all stakeholders to execute. - Forge partnerships & establish beneficial relations with key stakeholders to streamline business operations and develop procedures & service standards for business excellence. - Ability to lead global cross-functional teams & align their efforts towards organizational goals. - Help hone competitive positioning, key messages, based on feedback from clients and prospects and by evaluating long-term trends in the industry - Work with business leaders to drive initiatives around building technology, tools, and new workflows for productivity, market differentiation and Buy Vs Build decisions - Lead discussions with the business development team - Research on new technologies, new solutions and ideas to stay current and build capabilities in those respective areas Basic Qualification: Education: Graduate or Post Graduate with or without MBA or a foreign equivalent Experience: Minimum of 12-18 years relevant experience within digital Consultative solutions, digital transformation or Client Service Management. - Willingness to work in an Onsite-Offshore model Desired profile: - Must have prior experience in leading consultative digital solutions, People management and relationship building with senior management and key decision makers - Proficient in solutioning, Digital Marketing, Digital Technologies - Knowledge of Pharma Marketing, Regulatory Compliance would be added advantage - Ability to deal with multiple stake holders and manage client's expectations - Ability to take initiatives with excellent interpersonal skills - Good negotiation skills - Passion for networking and updating oneself with the latest market trends and relate it to identifying business opportunities - Structured thinking and articulation - Ability to manage pressure and work with multiple stakeholders About Indegene: Indegene is a strategic solutions partner to several of the Top 50 life-sciences and healthcare organizations worldwide.
