- As we continue to grow our advanced analytics footprint, we are looking to hire a Data Analyst who can bring cutting edge analytical techniques/solutions to our client offerings.

- We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with 1-3 years of relevant experience who can leverage diverse and large datasets to solve advanced healthcare analytics problems like predictive customer scoring, patient analytics, predictive modelling, attribution analytics, customer journey modeling, recommender engines and next best action analytics.

Job description:

- Define key KPI's which convey the correct message to business, document and maintain the same

- Learn and expand knowledge on Machine learning, NLP, Text mining domains

- Collaborate with product development team to translate the analytical requirement into product features visible to the end user.

Desired Profile :

- 1-3 years of analytics experience in understanding business problem in hand, evaluating the available data, forming hypothesis and extrapolation through statistical measures

- Extensive hands-on experience building POCs and models using Python.

- Should have strong experience in analyzing and doing feature engineering on graphics and text datasets.

- Experience in text and graphics classification is highly desired.

- Skilled in problem solving and able to convey key initiatives to stakeholders

- Experience in NLP and leading technologies and tools such as IBM Watson, Google Tensorflow, Vision API, OpenCV, Microsoft Cortana or Amazon Lex would be a plus.

- Should have knowledge of Python based tools and frameworks for ML development.

- Pharma/retail multi-channel marketing, campaign management, campaign design experience is a plus
