Job Summary

Indegene is looking for a Social Media Lead with proven experience in managing social media handles for various brands. As a Campaign Manager, he/she should be able to build compelling and impactful digital marketing campaigns to drive higher brand engagement on digital media.

The candidate should oversee all operations, coordinate with the team for project execution, drive building new capabilities in social media space and lead all client communications. We're looking for someone who is driven, passionate and can take ownership of their work.

Job Description

- Device, implement and manage social media strategies to drive online traffic to social media pages and website for customers

- Oversee execution of all social media campaigns ensuring alignment with brand goals and drive all customer discussions and presentations

- Design, build and maintain social media presence for customers across all aspects- organic, paid, social listening & monitoring, influencer marketing, reputation management, community management, analytics

- Define the social media measurement framework and corresponding KPIs

- Build a strategy for engagement across key channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc., with a focused effort on increasing engagement and growing followers. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and drive implementation on ground

- Work with external agencies to set up our Influencer engagement program and fan community platform for pharma/lifesciences clients

- Manage stakeholders across brand/ product, business, alliances, digital marketing

- Utilizing a range of techniques and tools related to social listening, paid & organic social and influencer marketing

- Stay up to date with latest social media best practices, evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership

- Collaborate and work with internal teams (cross channel & content) to deliver an integrated marketing ecosystem and optimize user experience

- Collating and reporting back monthly on KPI performance statistics for all digital communications across all channels

- Work closely with sales team and lead all go to market activities around Social media offering

Desired Profile (Education, Experience, Key Skills)

- 5+ years of Experience in handling social media - conceptualizing, developing and executing campaigns for large matrix organizations (exposure in pharmaceutical SMM is a plus)

- MBA degree in marketing or a related field

- Hands on experience in identifying target audiences, devising social media campaigns and optimizing user funnels

- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g. Google adwords, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn ads manager) and other social media tools (e.g. Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.)

- Well-versed with social media analytical tools. Be highly metrics-driven to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns with a focus on optimization

- Experience in reporting and analysing statistics related to digital performance

- Experience in setting, handling or scaling-up client social media channels

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

- Excellent knowledge and up-to-date with the latest of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices

- Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills

- Ability to monitor effective benchmarks practices for measuring the impact of social media campaigns and providing data analysis and metric reporting
