Job Summary:

Indegene is looking for Acount Lead to ensure successful on-time and on-budget delivery of projects. Responsibilities include determining project scope, timelines, tracking project progress and measuring outcomes.

Job Description:

1. Provide subject matter expertise to drive engagement solution suite integrating provider and consumer engagement for improved health outcomes

2. Participate in the strategic development initiatives to identify engagement product opportunities, improve client and prospect appeal and reputation in the market

3. Collaborate with SME on Member Engagement and on Provider Engagement to facilitate consistent and cohesive plan on delivering integrated engagement story to the market

4. Work well in a fast paced and constantly evolving environment with a small and agile team. You'll need you to be strategic one day and to roll up your sleeves and get into the day to day work of delivering engagement to our clients and representing our solutions to prospects the next

5. Develop detailed project plans, timetables, resource estimation and tracking processes to meet all deadlines

6. Aid in solution pricing, RFP development, market-facing collaterals, business proposals and member health promotion content- Excellent written communication skills

7. Schedule and facilitate meetings necessary to keep initiatives on track and to enable the subject matter experts to be successful

8. Participate in all aspects of formative research design and implementation for engagement communication materials and concepts

9. Develop strategic outreach plans and participate in product development and innovation.

10. The result of these efforts will be to increase appropriate member and provider reach and engagement rates, drive health behavior change and other associated outcomes that provide a competitive market advantage for Indegene's products

11. Experience including all aspects of process development and execution (Preferable with solutioning capabilities).

12. Ability to conceptualize solutions for clients need and create presentation for business development and sales presentation

13. Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders internally and externally and willingness to understand new sector and domain

14. Experience in Project Management tools, familiar in MS office, working knowledge of latest technologies.

15. Experience at working both independently and in a team, collaborative environment is essential.

16. Strong written and oral communication/presentation skills

17. Passionate & Enthusiastic for new learning & networking and updating with the latest technology developments and relate it to various projects. Go Getter attitude.

18. Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products, able to learn, understand, and apply the same.

19. Experience in healthcare organizations would be an added advantage. Preferably from product/service line (engagement/analytical solutions).

20. Experience in Digital marketing and creative service
