Indag - Head - Technical Service (18-23 yrs)
1. Product Development :
- Understand the key market trends and developing the new product requirements as per existing and new tyres introduced and ensure that Indag product portfolio is best in class in the market.
New Product Launch :
- Involve in gap analysis, Launch Strategy to generate Performance data.
2. Technical Service :
- Developing a strategy to make technical service a compelling value proposition for Indag Retreaders.
- Designing and organizing Retreading Shop equipment and Retreading process audit. Leading a team of Fleet Engineers and Service Engineers to provide best in class service to Retreaders and fleet owners.
- The key role will be of complaint handling & resolution, Guarantee & warranty claims and compensation handling.
3. Field Testing :
- Lead the team of Service Engineer to gather the data and information pertaining to Competition analysis.
- Run field performance trial to generate performance data on Indag Vs Competition and generate customer testimonials.
4. Market Development Activities :
- Coordinate with Sales & Marketing team to develop effective technical presentation and Organize customer engagement
- Should be aware of latest developments in Retreading technology to Keep the company abreast on latest cutting edge technology in Retreading equipment's & Retreading process.
- Developing the strategy for technical trainings, Need gap analysis to ensure Retreaders and Sales & service team equipped with right knowledge to support/win and retain the customer.
- Designing & executing training programs for Sales/Service/Retreaders/Fleet owners as technical knowledge is a key competitive advantage for sales employee to be equipped with.
