Incuspaze - Senior Manager - Finance - CFA/CPA (8-16 yrs)
We are looking for an experienced Finance professional to perform effective risk management and plan the organisation's financial strategy. He/She must be well-versed in all aspects of financial management ranging from simple accounting to broad investment and banking operations and must be able to guide the upper management on future financial plans. The goal is to enable the company's leaders to make sound business decisions and meet the company's objectives.
Minimum Experience: 8 years of relevant experience
CTC: As per industry norms
Location: Gurgaon
Responsibilities :
- Develops financial well-being of the organization by providing financial projections and accounting services, preparing growth plans, and directing staff.
- Establishes finance operational strategies by evaluating trends and establishing critical measurements
- Identify opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement; and accumulating capital to fund expansion.
- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans.
- Reports financial status by developing forecasts, reporting results, analyzing variances, and developing improvements.
- Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take.
- Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
- Liase with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
- Communicate, engage and maintain relations with existing and prospective equity investors, leasing companies, lenders, rating agencies, developers, and other external stakeholders.
- Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations
Requirements :
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
- Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
- A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models
- Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
- Solid analytical and decision-making skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus
