Incuspaze - AVP - Property Acquisition (6-8 yrs)
Responsibilities :
1. Create a pipeline of property options in the market for office leasing solutions for corporate clients.
2. Review potential or proposed acquisitions to ensure that they are a good fit for the company strategically and financially.
3. Shortlist properties as per mandatory checklist and finalize after discussion with the Management.
4. Due diligence and knowledge of Compliances.
5. Analyze data from numerous sources in determining the long-term acquisition strategy and in researching and finding purchase deals.
6. Visit and evaluate each prospective area to understand competitive position, vacancy and rent rates to create negotiating leverage.
7. Contract management with the landlords
8. Finalize Lease Agreements and documents.
Requirements :
1. Experience in a multi-site property role (Preferably in the Commercial real estate or Coworking).
2. Any Graduate/ Post Graduate.
3. Good communication skills
4. Strong networking, research, and negotiation skills
5. Prior experience in dealing with landlords and brokers.
