IncredSo - Chief Product Officer - Unsecured Lending (5-10 yrs)
Core team member role in a Pre-seed funded fin-tech startup.
Your main responsibility will be:
1. Identify and on-board lending partners who can co-develop solar focussed lending product with us
2.Responsible for designing and building the complete loan product in partnership with on-boarded financing partners
3. Creation of the risk and underwriting policies, infrastructure, development and deployment of underwriting models, risk decision strategies and fraud detection
4. Be involved in the full-life-cycle and straddle credit-and non-credit functions (initially)
5. Work closely with Founder and lending partners in managing Risk/Return of the portfolio, defaults collections
6. Represent the company to the outside world, including lending partners, board of directors & other strategic alliances
The Successful Applicant
1. Deep knowledge of scorecards, credit policies and risk management in an unsecured context.
2. Experience in validating and implementing risk models and strategies
3. At least 3-5 years of experience in using analytics for credit modeling
4. Passion for using data and algorithm to drive underwriting decisions
5. MBA/CA (first attempt)/IITian with atleast 5+ years of experience in a retail bank or retail NBFC, Indian or foreign
6. Should be comfortable in working as an individual contributor
