Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Payroll Services Manager with a technological mindset and a strong problem-solving attitude.

This role requires an individual who is highly motivated, capable of managing diverse client requirements, and passionate about delivering innovative payroll solutions.

You will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end payroll processes, engaging with clients to drive a solution-based approach, and leveraging technology to enhance service delivery.


Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Relationship Management


- Serve as the point of contact for domestic and international clients, understanding their payroll requirements.


- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and long-term partnerships.


- Actively engage with clients to identify challenges and propose customized, technology-driven solutions.

Payroll Operations Management


- Oversee and manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients, ensuring statutory compliance.,

- Ensure timely and accurate payroll disbursements, custom MIS reporting, and reconciliations.


- Monitor and enhance payroll processes to optimize efficiency and reduce errors.

Technology & Innovation


- Stay updated on the latest payroll management tools, software, and technological advancements.


- Identify opportunities to implement InCorps technology-driven solutions to streamline payroll operations.


- Collaborate with IT and other teams to integrate payroll systems with client HRMS and ERP platforms.

Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management


- Ensure compliance with local labour laws, tax regulations, and other statutory requirements.


- Proactively address compliance risks and provide solutions to mitigate potential issues.


- Keep abreast of changes in payroll-related regulations and update clients accordingly.

Growth and Business Development


- Partner with key industry players to support pre-sales activities, including scope and pricing discussions.


- Engage in advance for cross-sell and pricing increments for engagement renewals.


- Drive strategic partnerships with complimentary service provides to drive marketing activities and lead flow.

Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement


- Analyse complex payroll scenarios and provide innovative, practical solutions.


- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.


- Handle escalations effectively and provide resolution in a timely manner.


Requirements:


- 5-10 years in payroll management, with a proven track record of handling diverse client portfolios.


- Degree in Business, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.


- Advanced certifications are added advantage.


- In-depth understanding of Indian payroll regulations, tax laws, and labour laws.


- Hands-on experience with payroll management systems, HR software, and data analysis tools
