The HR team drives the functions of the Human Resources (HR) department of the organisation. Duties will involve end-to-end management of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, talent management, and formulating organisational policies and processes. Responsibilities: - Build best in class processes - Institutionalise and implement best in class systems and processes in the areas of on-boarding, performance management, talent acquisition, and learning and development - Talent strategy - Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organisation's human resource and talent strategy, current and future talent needs, recruiting and retention - End to end employee lifecycle management - Maintain employee database, handle payroll and employee benefits program - Industry best practices - Build and implement internal processes and policies customised to the needs of the industry - Compliance - Recommend best practices, review and update internal policies and practices to maintain organisational compliance - HR Operations - Hire, guide and evaluate the work of HR executive(s). Provide mentorship and constructive feedback. Desired Qualification and Experience: - 2-4 years of work experience for Associate/Sr Associate Positions - 4-8 years of work experience for Manager/Sr Manager Positions - MBA graduate with a degree in Human Resources from premier institute will be preferred - Knowledge of HR systems and databases
