Responsibilities : Under the guidance, the role will focus on :

- Conducting web-based secondary research on digital industry platforms, such as websites and mobile apps, across the consumer industries such as retail, restaurant, etc.

- Conducting web-based secondary research on identified topics of interest from publicly available resources for relevant datapoints and case-studies.

- Track and analyze key business and technology trends in the retail and restaurant industry in US and Europe.

- Creating simple and well-structured data templates for collection of data and information

- Performing basic analysis of secondary data.

- Coordinating and assisting the team-lead on project management.

- Be an active partner in the process of building high-value industry benchmark and though-leadership reports.

Required Skills :

- Mandatory requirement :

- 1 - 3 years of relevant web-based secondary research experience.

- Strong focus on mathematical and analytical skills as well as creative thinking skills.

- Advanced user of MS-Office (MS-Excel, MS-PPT, MS-Word).

- Good listening skills.

- Team player and interpersonal skills.

- Sense of humour.

Following will be a plus :

- Domain experience of US and European retail and restaurant industry.

- Excellent written and communication skills.

- Knowledge of European languages.
