Incisiv - Analyst/Senior Analyst - Research & Benchmarking

Incisiv provides digital transformation insights to consumer industry and technology firms. We are looking for an Analyst / Senior Analyst to help drive our next phase of growth.

In this role you will:

- Be responsible for the delivery of strategic projects (consulting, thought leadership and product development)

- Work directly with consumer industry (such as retail, consumer products, and hospitality) clients on projects ranging from benchmarking, transformation roadmap development, business case development, etc.

- Develop repeatable frameworks across a variety of functional areas (Digital, Supply Chain, etc.)

- Manage client programs and relationships, including traveling to client meetings and industry events (primarily in the US)

- Be responsible for sales support (pitches, solutioning, and estimation)

What we think you'll need to succeed:

- Experience in business consulting or business analysis role at a consulting firm, OR similar roles at a retail or other consumer business

- A strong understanding of core functions in consumer business (Retail / CPG) and use data-based insights for decision support

- The ability to tell compelling stories using a combination of observations, data, market insights, experiences, opinions, and your own personality

- The ability to thrive in a largely remote, self-managed work environment
