Incharge/Head - Production - Chocolate (5-8 yrs)

We are looking for Production Incharge /Head of production @ Premium Luxury chocolate brand, Ankleshwer, Gujarat, Near Panoli Ankleshwar, Gujarat.

Salary up to 80 K

- B Tech 

- Working in shift

- Report to plant head

- Must be from chocolate Industry only

JD :

1.Team Leader [Production]

2.Co ordinate with all Team Leaders and Top Management regarding Production and also Non Production activities.

3.Take Production planning from Planning in-charge.

4.Take attendance of operators and check contract manpower as per requirement.

5.Allot operators and contractual manpower to designated area

6.Receive raw and packing material and confirm as per production plan.

7.Check overall plant cleanliness and general House Keeping.

8.Control all Production related activities.

9.Control rework generation, storage and consumption activity

10.Check and sign off log sheets

11.Communicate and optimize production speed.

12.Minimize wastage generation and improve Productivity

13.Ensure Food Safety across the Plant as well as Human Safety.

14.Take line clearance from QA

15.Transfer FG to store.

16.Communicate with Process control and QA for online quality checks.

17.Perform Non Production tasks as instructed by Management in favour of the organizational interest.

18.Inform Top Management regarding any Major deviation, serious breakdown or any important matter in any time of the day.

19.Fill up Daily production report, Material registers and other production documents

20.Mail DPR to Production Manager.

21.Sanction leave for Operators.

22.Prepare Shift Schedule, make necessary changes and co ordinate with HR.

23.Responsible for the Total Performance of the Production department.

24.Member of Food Safety Team. Conduct Internal Audits across the Plant as per Audit Plan.
