- Be the face of Incentive Compensation process to the unit


- Serve as a process owner for all of the processes and work collaboratively with the stakeholders on any projects to deliver business solutions. 


- Directs activities of the team to meet quality, productivity and service levels standards set by the respective Business Unit Management 


- Execute the vision/goals set aside by the Group Manager for the team in alignment with the functional goals of the business. 


- Establish a framework for governance and continuous improvement on all policies, processes and procedures 


- Ensure the roll call for New Business for Insurance policies is accurate. 


- Support the team with the roll call reconciliation and fix any discrepancies impacting incentive payments. 


- Provide insights into current backlog, revenue from additional business, average Pay-by-by rate, etc. 


- Talent Management & Talent Development 


- Provide constant updates to management on team performance and work progress 


- Drive Associate Engagement through training, skip level meetings, team bonding exercises, etc). 


- Drive continuous improvements within the function to be able to deliver process efficiencies to the business.
