IT Project Manager


Solutioning:


1. Client Needs Assessment, Scoping for projects - Design, Conceptualize a variety of solutions to address client needs specifically for our incentive management practice

2. Sharing of best practices - provide expert consultation to customers and internal employees

Delivery:

1. Identify and understand client issues, and gaps in their existing setup and recommend solutions to meet their immediate and long-term needs

2. Work with the project team on capturing business requirements for implementing & managing a sales incentive program

3. Work closely with client partners to conceptualize and develop the right client solution

4. Lead and Own delivery of engagements by exceeding customer expectations

5. Take complete accountability of project delivery, and manage the execution by planning project activities, assigning tasks to the team, tracking and monitoring the tasks, and working in close coordination with the senior leadership (both client and internal)

Training:

1. Provide/facilitate training and support for internal employees and customers

2. Mentor team to build required capabilities and technical strength

Client Engagement:

1. Act and be seen as a trusted advisor by both client and internal stakeholders

2. Set up ongoing cadence on mapped accounts and identify upsell opportunities

Project Management:

1. Prepare project plan and effort estimation for customer and internal projects

2 Step in and set the right expectations in terms of scope, delivery efforts, and timelines with the client as well as internal stakeholders

3. Set up ongoing cadence with clients to keep them up to date with progress

4. Set up a tracker to maintain FTE utilization, FTE skill gaps, and FTE availability from a staffing standpoint

5. Track the ROI for individual projects

Configuration:

1. Learn Incentivate / Aurochs and empower teams to automate customers' sales commission calculations.

2. Expand your understanding of sales commission structures and design best-practice calculation configurations within Incentivate / Aurochs ICM Platform.

3. Ability & awareness of designing, building, maintaining, and extending data models within Incentivate / Aurochs ICM Platform.

4. Develop, document, and revise system SOPs (procedures), and define test procedures and quality standards
