Job Role and Responsibilities : A. Business Knowledge : 1. Good understanding of the Life Sciences industry (Pharma, MedDevices, Biotechnology) 2 .Work collaboratively with the client team to implement, configure and support their requirements using our cloud platforms, and solutions 3. Understand data and broader business needs to guide clients and internal teams in related areas 4. Provide suggestions for improvement to product and leadership teams B. Operations Delivery: 1. Responsible for understanding the client's requirements and working with them and the team to finalize requirements of the project. Understand the clients- business issues, operating business rules, data, and processes. 2. Anticipate client needs and offer them an appropriate solution from time to time 3. Manage client relationships and delivery teams 4. Operate business processes for global clients on a periodic basis. This includes ensuring data processing, quality checks and overseeing error-free deliverables 5. Deliver high quality results 6. Provide correct estimates on the tasks and prioritize your own tasks 7. Move between projects under proper guidance C. Data Management: 1.Working with the team to identify and resolve various data-related issues/questions 2.Interpret client requirements and convert those to design using database concepts 3.Interpret large sets of data for analysis, extract and represent data in excel for effective communication D. Analytical: 1.Troubleshoot and solve complex problems 2.Comprehend, analyze and present data 3.Exercise good judgement 4.Develop and apply advanced statistical models that help clients understand dynamic business issues E. Client Engagement: 1.Engage with clients under guidance 2.Understand client's requirements and discuss with seniors 3.Research and understand client's business F. Communication: 1.Effectively communicate project proposals analysis design, outputs and business insights 2.Choose MS excel, visualization, bullet points, tables, examples or analogies as the most effective way to express ideas and information 3.Collaborate with seniors to discuss solutions, client needs 4.Present information in a clear, concise and logical manner, with focus on key points Qualification Criteria:&nbsp; 1.The qualified candidates should have good data management skills and ability to deep dive into business and data requirements. Good understanding of life sciences data structure is a plus 2.Candidates having a minimum of 2 years of work experience in the consulting industry with experience in analyzing data and project delivery 3.Good understanding of SQL and databases in general. Data modeling and entity relationship diagram creation experience is a bonus. 4.Understanding and Working knowledge of various tools like Advanced Excel, SQL. 5.Knowledge of Alteryx, Tableau, R is a plus 6.BE/ B.Tech / BS (stats) from Tier-1 institute would be preferred 7.Proven track record of working with international/global clients and ability to coordinate/work with multiple stakeholders of the project is a plus 8.Agile project planning and project management skills 9.Focus on quality and attention to details 10.Serve as a mentor for team members In addition, we seek individuals with the following: 1.Good analytically and logically 2.Excellent communication skills 3.A desire to make a business impact on our clients 4.Personal initiative and strong work ethic 5.Self-motivation and detail orientation 6.Organizational &amp; planning skills
