Responsibilities :
- Ownership of all Solutions Delivery in Life Sciences vertical
- Work with Life Sciences Leadership team to conceptualize, design, and deliver solutions for the Life Sciences practice
- Demonstrate domain and functional knowledge in R&D (Pre-clinical & Clinical) and Commercial applications
- Understand and relate to client business, data and technology challenges, and provide thought leadership in addressing client problems with a view to generalizing solution framework across clients
- Experience in developing solutions, accelerators & proof of concepts
- Hands on experience in managing development activities, including scoping, estimation, monitoring, tracking and reporting on progress, by ensuring delivery of quality outcomes within timelines and budget
- Work with sales teams to identify opportunities and contribute to the selling of solutions & accelerators to new and existing clients; leverage LS solutions assets and platforms to support LS practice growth
- Contribute to RFP solutioning and response by actively working with various teams in building industry edge solutions
- Foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment
- Play an active role in counseling and mentoring associates with domain & functional within the organization
- Demonstrate the ability to quickly assimilate new knowledge
- Remain current on new developments in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge
- Work with pre-sales teams to create white papers/collaterals and case studies
