IMS Lead Tutor For a Swiss Multinational Company - Delivering Lead Auditor training, Internal Auditor Training, and Awareness training program on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001, ISO 5000-Expected to receive good feedback from the training delegates. - Deliver 80% of training man-days and 20% Lead Auditor man-days in a year. - Involve in courseware development and accreditation management whenever required. - Good Interpersonal & communication skills / Listening and assisting the delegates. - Must be proficient in English and Tamil. Knowledge of Kannada, Malaya or Telugu will be an added advantage. - Must be willing to upgrade to the next technical skill level by self / nominated training. - Good Interpersonal & communication skills / Listening and assisting the delegates. - Must be willing to upgrade to the next technical skill level by self / nominated training. - Must have IRCA Lead Tutor qualification for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001. - Must have done a lead audit of at least 50 days with renowned certification bodies for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001, ISO 27000 and should have audit logs. - Will conduct training programs on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001. - Must be willing to travel extensively for training and audits. - Must be proficient in English and Tamil. Knowledge of Kannada, Malayalam or Telugu will be an added advantage. - Male candidates preferred for this position.
