Profile: "Business Development Manager"

Experience: 4 - 8 Years

1st Interview Mode: Telephonic

2nd Interview Mode: Face to Face

Location: Sec- 6, Noida

Responsibilities:

1. Sales forecasting, tuning the existing sales strategy as per the market dynamics, monitoring sales performance in the region and publish dashboard for the board of directors on the regular basis

2. Account management for existing customers and increasing the revenues from its existing levels

3. Generating fresh opportunities by various mean of customer engagements including business networking, referrals, online marketing, email marketing etc.

4. Responsible for the performance of the entire business development team and external marketing vendors

5. Offering generous assistance to the business development team and ensure sales targets are met for the entire business development team

6. Manage end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, presentation, responding to RFPs, negotiations, coordination with technical teams for delivery until project sign off and payments

Requirements:

Education:

Management studies in Sales/Marketing (graduation in Computers/IT)

Experience:

1. 7-10 years of relevant experience in business development for services/consulting company with target clients as corporates and target audience as CIO/CISO/IT Heads/Project Managers

2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

3. Past experience in information security business development will be preferred

4. Experience in team management and motivation

5. Should be capable to work independently with least supervision.

6. Able to bring closure to difficult projects
