Implemntation Manager - Technology (3-5 yrs)

Description:

An Implementation Manager who understands client pain points, identifies best possible solutions, and drives the product deployment for them.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Identify the client pain points across various categories of work. Understand the requirement, identify what user questions can product solve for, identify how the product will be able to solve them in the current flow and what new improvements might be required to solve them.

- Work closely in a cross-functional manner with the different internal teams to ensure requirements are understood, timelines are accurately estimated and adhered to while an deployment.

- Identify new features and establish the best way to bring it onto the platform. Chart the roadmap of how the product can evolve with the ongoing implementations.

- Authoring different inputs for various teams, the test scenarios for requirements for functional testing of the same. Helping testing teams in understanding requirements and identifying hard to find issues.

- Define metrics, objects that are aligned to business goals and measure feature / release specific success

Skills Required:

- 3-5 years of client handling experience in a B2B role.

- Knowledge of typical business issues faced, category specific datasets, and how businesses solve for them on an ongoing basis.

- A flair to learn, explore categories and be self-motivated to solve for client issues.

- Good knowledge of business metrics, arithmetic calculations, basic knowledge of advanced algorithms and suitable application in need.

- Knowledge in analytics solutions like SAS, SPSS, Informatica, PowerBI, Tableau, QlikSense

- Ability to prioritize between current customers needs, new customer needs and technical feasibility

- Excellent communication skills- written, verbal and presentation skills and to interact with stakeholders at various levels and teams

- Good inter-personnel skills, enthusiastic with positive approach towards constructive feedback

Qualifications:

- Masters / MBA in marketing

- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related field
