Implementation Specialist - PIM System

Exp: 7 - 10 Years 

JOB DESCRIPTION : 

- Conduct discovery & analysis of business and user requirements, including leading discovery workshop(s) for functional, technical and architectural components of PIM implementation

- Actively participate and lead PIM implementation projects alongside project manager

- Assist technical teams with data migration, integration, QA and operational support

- Daily management of PIM processes

- Enrichment and support of product data inside PIM system

- Define and manage the structure of products with variants, taxonomy, and categories

- Prepare documentation and train new users on PIM

- Influence the use and adoption of the PIM system

- Lead data-oriented projects from planning to go-live

- Serve as the subject matter expert for data architecture and data integration

- Bachelors/Master's degree preferably in engineering or management

- 4-5 years of project management experience ideally in web-based projects (eCommerce)

- In depth understanding product information management, key platforms and concepts

- At least 1-3 full cycle implementation of PIM systems - preferably in consultant/ leadership role

- Knowledge of the software delivery lifecycle and agile methodologies

- Experience in project management tools and proficient in MS office

- Strong oral and written communication/presentation skills

- Prior experience working with overseas teams

- CAPM/PMP certification a plus - not mandatory
