He/she would be the Implementation Lead for the execution of software projects across customer location. Experienced in implementing software projects, Experience in handling end-to-end implementation at client location, Ability to handle clients professionally during all interfaces, Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, Candidates should possess excellent analytic & project management skills, liaising with clients, internal development teams to ensure deadlines are met. Should have understanding of Garments / Fashion industries.

Roles & Responsibilities -

- Implement the ERP product at customer. Understands customer business requirements and should be able to map them up to the product. Candidate will be the SPOC of organization for defined set of customer base.

- Competent to execute the projects and get the sign-offs. Should be able to provide end user training, get user training sign-off and ensure the usage of software product by customers.

- Reviews external clients' product demands, develops project plans and ensures that implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. Responsible for project financials (Profit & Collection)

- Ability to lead a team, take initiatives, goal oriented, perform multi-tasking and work independently or within a team.

- May be involved in pre-sales product demonstrations or provide assistance in scoping projects or developing proposals.
