Implementation Head: - Extensive experience in the development, implementation, consulting, business intelligence, project management and supporting HCM solutions and services in the Global market - Broad understanding of various HR processes and functions including Core HR, Recruitment, Talent, L&amp;A, Org, Compensation, Payroll, Expenses, Asset and Fleet management - Significant exposure in SDLC, Implementation of Enterprise Applications, testing, automation, project management, change control/ management, release management, MIS, reporting and analytics - Program management of AGILE projects developing HCM products and solutions for the EMEA market - Function as a Super Product Owner (SME) translating HR processes to solutions both functionally and technically - Manage all stages of development e.g. requirements gathering, design, architecture, development, testing &amp; rollout - Manage all stages of implementation e.g. requirements gathering, data migration, integration, testing, UAT &amp; go-live - Ensure compliance to project delivery schedules and other SLA parameters across assigned projects - HCM technology implementations, HCM project management, building HCM Information Systems, HCM consulting, HCM IT pre-sales, HCM business analysis, HCM reporting and analytics across diverse organizations
