IT or Computers / MCA/BCA) with excellent academic records Years of total experience expected: 1-6 years Job description - Liaisoning with Client for successful Tech Integration - To understand client's IT framework (SAP/ other ERP solution used by them, IT policies etc.), - Work on an integration solution along with client by discussing various options and pros &amp; cons of each - Prepare a realistic timeline &amp; project plan along with the Client Engagement team - Work in close coordination with Client Engagement team for successful execution of the PharmConnect projects - Pre-sales pitch with Client Engagement team - To help Client Engagement team during presale interaction on framing integration strategy &amp; roadmap - Support &amp; Query Resolution - To provide on-going support to clients subscribing to PharmConnect, resolution of technical issues, if any, as &amp; when required wrt to IT integration - Demo Product Development - To help create either a demo version or new client versions of a customized data dashboard specifically prepared for PR clients - Overall Client engagement &amp; satisfaction - Achieving high client satisfaction level through proactive - communication and prompt resolution of issues Skills required: Good communication skills Microsoft Office skills (power point/ Excel), presentation skills, - Understanding of IT frameworks, SAP and technology environment in Supply Chain - Knowledge of Python, C++, Angular, Node, SQL - Other soft skills Attitude to service client - Eagerness to learn, Meticulous in work - Open to communicate/ build relationships
