Qualification:

- 3-10 years of work experience within Chemicals & Agri Industry.

- Proven leader with the ability to inspire others, build strong relationships and create true followership.

- Professional experience in, e.g., Operations, Strategy, Capex, Project Management & Implementation of large scale projects in Chemicals & Agri Industry.

- Collaborative team player, capable of working well with others, but also autonomously with little direction.

- Superior analytical, quantitative and conceptual thinking.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Entrepreneurial and result-driven achiever.

- Mobile and excited to take on longer international assignments.

- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English.

You will Work With:

- You will join one of our client's offices in Mumbai, Gurgaon, Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad as part of their Implementation practice, which is new and rapidly growing capability area for our client, focused on work in the Global Energy and Materials (GEM) industries.

- It provides distinctive support to ensure that their clients deliver and sustain the full benefits of our client's recommended changes in their business.

- As soon as a project starts, Implementation professionals are on the ground ensuring that implementation success is a priority. Our client engages at a deep level across their clients- businesses, working in small teams to build the capabilities, systems, and processes needed both to deliver bottom-line results and to ensure that they are sustained. Our client's work involves coaching, change and program management, and delivering lasting outcomes.

What You will Do:

- Your goal as an Implementation Professional is to help our client's client build capabilities in delivery and execution, both during an active project and continuing after our consultants have shared their recommendations.

- Your primary long-term projects will be closely related to our client's traditional projects and will provide their clients with decisive support in the introduction and implementation of strategic consulting concepts in Metals & Mining and may work more in one of those industries depending on your experience and/or desire to specialize.

- In a typical project, you will own a work stream to deliver the end recommendation with help from our client's leadership. Working closely with their clients on-site, you'll perform analysis of the particular problems as defined for your work stream - identifying and prioritizing issues for further analysis, and synthesizing the insights from the analyses. You'll also develop recommendations based on the synthesis, and create plans to implement the recommendation.

Education:

Graduate Engineers from IIT/NIT or other similar institutions and Post Graduate in Management from IIM/XLRI/ISB or similar institutions.
