1. Set company service policy and vision, set service delivery model, process and measurements

2. Plan and deliver service expansion in line with sales growth

3. Overall responsibility for delivering quality service within delined TAT

4. Manage team members zonal manager, area service coordinator, branch in charge and etc

5. Plan for ASP program to deliver service in devolving areas

6. To review the service feedback by weekly meeting with zonal managers to assess and improve the service operations

7. Ensure the distributors, dealers, corporate counters, and key accounts in Kerala are getting the necessary service support.

8. Effectively manages team members, including technicians to ensure team objectives and goals are being carried out.

9. Regular audits being done, and customer service is provided to ensure all standards are met and service is carried out effectively, correctly, and thoroughly as per the Company set standards.
