Impex Technologies - Manager - R&D

1. Articulate a vision for R&D in line with business strategy, define R&D programs and set priorities according to organizations strategic goals.

2. Recommend the nature and scope of present & future product lines by reviewing product specifications & requirements, appraising new product ideas and/or new application of existing product.

3. Working closely with the Marketing team to conceptualize and create new product designs based on market requirements & overall vision, considering manufacturing capabilities of the Company.

4. Finalizing product with the help of correlation of manufacturing, vendors, purchase, QC, PPC and marketing.

5. Lead the research and development efforts of the organization and guide and support the team in various research and development related activities.

6. Develop and monitor research plans and budgets for projects, ensuring projects are completed on time and within cost objectives.

7. Checking assembly drawings including bill of materials & detail drawings for machining, assembly and sheet metal, plastic components, packing etc. relevant to product.

8. Employing with all assembly of all products and manufacturing processes.

9. Interacting with vendors for problems solutions.

10. Configuring research and other engineering personnel, preparing design modifications as required.

11. Ensure techno commercial, legal, regulatory, and environmental requirements are met for timely execution of R&D projects

12. Oversee the entire development process of new products and programs within an organization, from the initial planning phase to implementation or production.

13. Explore new applications of existing products, establish product application methods & testing processes, and certify the product prior to commercial launch.

14. Maintaining production equipment. Monitor the standard of the product, must ensure that the ready good meets the established quality standards.

15. Ensuring that products are produced in a timely manner and are produced within quality guidelines.

16. Ensured that all safety and quality measures were adhered to during production process, from beginning to end.

17. Enabled proper utilization of resources, rework, and quality performance to reducing wastage.
