1. HR Planning, Designing, and budgeting as Company policies and requirements.
2. Handle the entire recruitment life cycle from drafting Job Description to Recruitment & Selection of Employees.
3. Co-ordinate employee learning and development initiatives
4. Performance Appraisal System linked with reward management.
5. Design and upgrade all the HR Policies, Procedures, HR Manuals etc.,
6. To ensure various compliance, discipline, hygiene & healthy environment in all factories.
7. To communicate and co-ordinate with different Departments to ensure the operational support timely and efficiently.
8. To look after administration activities in the factories and in all other branches, offices etc.,
9. To liaison with Govt. officials like Labour/ESI/PF/Factory/DIC/ Police etc., Union Leaders and other autonomous bodies for obtaining necessary approvals and ensuring smooth working condition.
10. To ensure all back-end HR operational processes are managed well and maintain statutory compliances under various Labour Laws.
11. To ensure readiness for any crisis/accident/incident through employee awareness.
12. Conflict/dispute resolution relevant to admin function.
