Impex Technologies - Category Manager - P&L - Home Entertainment & Household Appliances (5-15 yrs)
- Hold responsibility for the overall P&L of Home Entertainment & Household Appliances categories
- Deliver steep Revenue and Market Share targets with enhanced profitability across product categories
- Perform complete Business Planning for the categories and take full responsibility for the execution of plans
- Monitor performance and ensure progress across all critical category metrics & KPIs
- Define the brand & product strategy and develop product portfolio and product roadmap
- Actively participate in New Product Development (NPD) process and take ownership of market launches
- Undertake extensive market visits to develop insights. Perform market research and competitive benchmarking. Understand channel behavior and consumer trends & preferences
- Develop go-to-market (GTM) strategy for General Trade, Modern Trade, and Online channels
- Define product pricing and Trade Schemes & Promotions
- Actively participate in creation & execution of ATL/BTL/Digital Marketing & Branding plans with Marketing team
- Undertake monthly S&OP process and take full ownership of inventory planning & management
- Carry out Key Account Planning & Management - Perform Joint Business Planning (JBP) and maintain day-to- day relationship & communication with sales team and key accounts
- Take all relevant business decisions related to the categories in consultation with internal stakeholders like sales, marketing, warehousing, purchase, factory, accounts, IT etc.
