- Hold responsibility for the overall P&L of the E-commerce business
- Deliver steep Revenue and Market Share targets with enhanced profitability across product categories.
- Monitor performance and ensure progress across all critical E-commerce metrics & KPIs
- Perform Strategic Planning and take complete responsibility for the execution of plans
- Develop E-commerce business through acquisition & growth of big key E-commerce accounts
- Carry out Key Account Planning & Management - Perform Joint Business Planning (JBP) and maintain day-to-day relationship & communication with E-commerce marketplaces and their allied Alpha sellers & resellers
- Pro-actively plan and participate in all online promotions and big sale days
- Take all relevant business decisions related to online product portfolio, price movements, and participation in marketing & sales promotions in consultation with internal stakeholders like category, offline sales, marketing, warehousing, purchase, factory, accounts, IT etc.
