- 10 + years in Logistics/ supply chain, preferably in aggregators companies - Accountable for the profit and loss ; Logistics Vertical Head - Entire responsibility of logistics vertical in E farm Exchange with constant interaction with Field Officers /Franchises/ Tech Officers / Buyers . - Establish a network of Logistics Vendor within 3 months of joining - Ensure that the company gets the best prices and use innovative ways to ensure - Ensure company achieves that the company achieves 99%+ of availability and delivery - Monthly review performance and develop closer collaboration with selected logistic service providers on Established KPA's - Implement logistics procedures. Ensure compliance to these procedures as per regulations of the Govt/Industry and initiate corrective action in case of non-compliance. - Create analytical intelligence reports to optimize costs of logistics. - Come up with innovative ideas on ensuring efficient and low cost contracts which will be a part of monthly report - Must have Extensive network and relationship with truck owners/dealers Pan India. - Must have Extensive knowledge on the latest technologies used in logistics - Should have handled minimum of at least 8-10 truck movements /day
