Responsibility :
- Responsible in generating business as per the management requirements and achieving set targets
- Managing sales by Acquiring, Enhancing, Deeping and Retention.
- Using sales forecasting for ensuring the sale & profitability of products; analyzing business requirements and monitoring market trends; identifying, evaluating & executing marketing strategy based on business objectives
- Building and expanding internal and external networks to ensure stream of new business prospects
- Reviewing & reporting on the business development division's strategy, ensuring the strategic objectives are well understood & executed by the team
- Maintaining cordial relations with external and internal customers to sustain the profitability of the customer
- Ascertaining prospective client acquisition techniques and delivering training support to capitalize on the same
- Coordinating and maintaining excellent relationships with channel partners and cross-functional channels
- Maintaining high morale and motivation levels in executives by way of PR and Incentives
