Impendi Analytics - Analyst - Data Analytics (0-2 yrs)
Data Analysts (DA) work closely with on-shore (US, Europe etc.) and off-shore consulting teams, to perform analytics on defined pieces of data.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. DATA HANDLING :
a. Data Collection - Gather data from various sources (Email, Dropbox, Egnyte, Databases)
b. Data Audit - Check data quality, identify gaps and create summary as per database requirements
c. Data Scrubbing - Create data cleansing rules and incorporate data clarifications provided by data source owners
d. Data Profiling - Create multi-dimensional data views, perform data analysis and build models using Microsoft Excel and other tools.
2. DATA REPORTING :
a. Executive Reports - Responsible for publishing executive level reports on PowerPoint.
3. DATA CLASSIFICATION :
a. Data Classification - Analyze procurement spend & identify saving opportunities using the analytics tool/spend data audit reports
b. Create and update category-specific and opportunity spend-assessment reports/templates
c. Master Data Management - Classify as per customer-specific schemas, create specification sheets for attribute extraction, enhance data for missing values and create new descriptions
4. INDUSTRY RESEARCH :
a. Conduct market research to create company, industry primers, etc. using online secondary data or information sources
